A. President Owens called the special meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

B. Motion to enter Executive Session. Seconded. Approved 6-0.

(Note: Director Foster arrived after the vote.)

Purpose: To review and finalize the job description of the General Manager with

the General manager. Discuss other personnel issues with the General Manager.

C. Motion to exit Executive Session. Seconded. Approved 6-0.

(Note: Director Foster had to depart before the vote.)

D. Motion: To approve the job description of the General Manager as written.

Motion seconded. Approved 6-0. (Note: Director Foster had to depart before the

vote.)

E. Motion to adjourn. Seconded. Adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
