Community Center Committee meeting

Special meeting June 5, 2009

Chairman Art Gabler called the meeting to order at 1 PM.  Committee members present were;

Art Gabler, Jo Schmidt, Kurt Schaffert and Tom Bruns.  Also attending were BoD members Don Horan and Tom Whalen, Property Manager Debbie Sutton, Activities Director Ann Jones and Resident Shirley Sommer.

This is a special meeting called by Art to consider proposals to resurface the tennis courts.  Shirley presented the proposal and a cost analysis prepared by Finance Committee Chairman Casey Naatjes. 

The proposal was discussed, questions were asked and answered.  The committee came to a unanimous decision to recommend to the BoD to approve the option to resurface the tennis courts using the cushion coating method.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:45 PM.  The next regularly scheduled meeting is  June 19, 2009 at 1 PM.
