Community Center Committee meeting 5/21/10

The meeting was called to order by Tom Bruns at 1 PM.  Members attending were Mary Owens, Kurt Schaffert, Rich Lazanov, Jo Schmidt and George Malhiot.  Also attending were Board Liaison Dan Owens, Property Manager Debbie Sutton, AD Ann Jones and resident Jill Reeves.

Tom announced that Bob Gilbert had resigned as a committee member.

The RFA for the outdoor pool camera has been submitted to the BoD.

The pool volunteers have schedules and are ready for the season.

Tom and Kurt agreed to asses cooling needs for the communications room.

Jill made a request for a oven for the kitchen.  After discussion, Jill agreed to gather additional information.

The proper settings for the thermostats was discussed.  It was agreed that the fan setting should be on.

Benefits of installing  timers or photo eyes be on outdoor lighting is being reviewed.
