Community Center Committee meeting minutes 8/20/10

The meeting was called to order at 1 PM. Members present were Chairman Tom Bruns and Kurt Schaffert.  Others attending were Board Liaison Dan Owens, Activity Director Ann Jones and Property Manager Debbie Sutton.

Most of the agenda was tabled due to so many members absent.

The one item discussed was a lifting of a 6” diameter section of the indoor pool deck coat.  The company that installed the coating is defunct.  The owner has not responded to Debbie’s daily phone calls.  It was agreed that Debbie will contact several companies to provide opinions on how to properly repair the coating.  Committee members will meet with the contractors when they come to the center to gather information from them.  With this information, the committee will consider a repair option.

The meeting was adjourned at 2 PM
