Dear Falls Run Resident,
The purpose of the survey on the reverse side of this letter is to provide information to the FRCA Board of Directors so that our community funds will be spent wisely. The Board will be negotiating a new contract with Cox Communications early this year and these fees are one of the biggest parts of the FRCA Budget To obtain this information we have tasked the Communications Committee to conduct a survey of our community.
Cox is interested in increasing the fees we pay for Cox Basic Cable for the whole community. This TV Service is included in your monthly association dues. Currently we get a 15% discount on the rate we pay for 784 cable connections. We need to know what we are actually using.
We would like to re-negotiate our contract with Cox on favorable terms. In order to do this we will need to know how much of the Cox range of services is used by our residents. For instance if we have a good portion of our residents using Cox Internet as well as Cox Telephone, we will be in a stronger negotiating position.
If we also wish to negotiate with Verizon FiOS we need to know how many of our residents have connected to Verizon FiOS and whether they use Verizon for TV, Internet and Telephone. Presently we have no information available on resident use of Verizon FiOS.
The survey on the reverse side asks you about the services you use in your residence. It is being distributed to you by volunteers and will be collected by them. Please complete the survey as soon as possible and return it to the volunteers who distributed them no later than JANUARY 31st. Thank you in advance for your help in this survey.
