Main Entrance Gate Operation

 All entrance gates will normally be closed at all times. To avoid congestion at the Middlebrook gate, residents should consider using one of the other gates to enter and leave Falls Run.

To make this a smooth process, please ensure that you have several items in place:  

1. Know your entry code. ( The code that you were given to use should you not have your remote) This is the code that many of you give your family members so they can enter the main gate with out having to call you.  

2. Make sure your remote is working on the gates.  Check  on one of the  gates. 

3. Make sure your name is on the monitor at the Middlebrook gate with your correct phone number.  Once you have tested the system, if you feel your phone number is incorrect, contact the Property Manager at Armstrong Management Company.

 When you closed on your home, you were given a sheet of paper with your remote information listed.  If you have questions, refer to this paper first.  If you have further questions, contact the Property Manager.

 

Owner’s Access Instructions:

One of the buttons on your remote garage door opener will open the Main Entrance Gate.  Press the button as you approach the  Call Box located on the left outside of the gate.

If you do not have your garage door opener with you, enter your Personal Access Code into the Call Box to open the gate. Your  Personal Access Code should have been issued at your closing.  Your home phone or cell phone number is used for the Guest Access feature of the Call Box.  

Guest Access Instructions:

Guests can obtain admittance through the Call Box located before the gate.  You should advise guests of the procedure as follows:

  Guest

Press the # Key on the Call Box to page/scroll through the menu and the list of residents’ names.  The Call Box displays the operation instructions.  The * Key pages/scrolls backwards.

Enter the 4 digit code next to the resident’s name.  This will dial your telephone number.

  Resident

Answer the telephone and identify caller then Press 9 to open the gate and admit guest. 

If you have a relative or close friend who will be visiting often, you may want to give them your Personal Access Code, which will open the gate without making the phone call.  However, you assume all risks of the security of your Personal Access Code.
