Modification Committee Meeting March 28, 2007

MEETING NOTES
All Committee Members were present for this working session except Shirley Sommer who had a doctor’s appointment. Her input was received via email.
Sylva Southwell (Armstrong Management) was excused from the first part of the meeting.
Chuck Heath attended as BOD Liaison.
No other Falls Run residents were present.

1. Robbin Sentell opened the meeting concerning the update and revision of the Application for Changes and Improvements for Single Family and Villa Residences. Both new documents were reviewed and changes were suggested.
2. The Committee then discussed when the first Lawn Inspections would occur. The committee agreed to set 4-25-2007 as the first inspection with emphasis on the Type 4 Lawns.
3. Potential violation notices were discussed with Sylva at the close of the meeting. She is providing information before we proceed.

Provide copy of Address map to Committee 1-28-07



SUMMARY
The Committee’s next scheduled meeting is 4-11-2007 at 10:00 AM in the Community Center.
