Modification Committee Meeting October 10, 2007
Committee Members Nancy Arnn, Joan Bitely, Shirley Sommer, Chuck Strub and Robbin Sentell were present for this working session. Toni Brown representing the FRCA BOD and Sylva Southwell representing Armstrong Management were provided a Committee Update prior to and after the working session. No Falls Run residents were present.

Both “not approved” Villas requests were for modifications to the “common ground” which is outside the purview of this committee.
FRCA SINGLE FAMILY HOME INSPECTION
Individual Modification Committee members completed home and yard inspections during the first week of October. Then on October 9, 2007, the committee has a whole inspected all single family homes in the FRCA Community. In general, the lawns have improved during 2007 despite the fact of severe drought. In addition, the committee found that the residents are conforming to the Design Guidelines with a few minor exceptions of statuary, birdhouses and feeders and the use of plastic flowers. All in all the inspections went well and provide a good basis for evaluating single family homes in the Spring 2008.
