Modification Committee Meeting for 1/9/08

 

 

 

The Modifications Committee met on Wednesday at 10:00AM.  All Committee members (Nancy Arnn, Joan Bitely, Shirley Sommer and Robbin Sentell) were present was Chuck Strub FRCA BOD Liaison to the Modifications Committee. Sylva Southwell was excused and did not attend the meeting.  No residents were in attendance.

Other Activity

The Modifications Committee discussed a draft plan for potential homeowner improvements to the Common Area.  The draft will be updated for more discussion.

 

The Committee also discussed a Fast-Track notification process that will be discussed at the Open Forum on January 9.
