The Modifications Committee met on Wednesday at 10:00AM. All Committee members (Nancy Arnn, Joan Bitely, Shirley Sommer and Robbin Sentell) were present as was Chuck Strub FRCA BOD Liaison to the Modifications Committee. Don Webb BOD member also sat in on the session. Sylva Southwell was excused and did not attend the meeting. No residents were in attendance.

The Modifications Committee will complete an Audit/Inspection of the Single Family Homes on April 22, 2008. This is a follow-up of the October 2007 Audit. If required, Violation Letters will be sent to the effected residents.
The Modifications Committee “draft process” for potential homeowner improvements to the Common Area will be tabled until the Property and Grounds and BODs provide further input.
The Committee decided that a Fast-Track notification process is not needed at this time.
The committee adjourned at 11:15 AM.
