The Modifications Committee met on Wednesday at 10:00AM. All committee members Nancy Arnn, Joan Bitely, Chuck Heath, Shirley Sommer and Robbin Sentell were present. Sylva Southwell was excused and did not attend the meeting. No residents were in attendance.

The Committee reviewed the Common Grounds prior to our meeting on June 11th. The same criteria used to audit the Single Family homes. A letter explaining our review will be sent to the FRCA Board and to the Chairperson of the Property and Grounds Committee. The common areas are much improved but further attention is required in some areas.
