The Modifications Committee met on Wednesday at 10:00AM. All committee members Nancy Arnn, Joan Bitely, Shirley Sommer, Robbin Sentell and FRCA BOD interface Chuck Strub were present. Chuck Heath was on vacation and Sylva Southwell was excused. One resident was in attendance.

Prior to the scheduled meeting, the Committee inspected the Single Family Homes that had received violation letters citing “Lawn quality and maintenance” issues or “Other” violations. Most lawns were improved and most other violations were corrected. A summary report will be provided to Sylva for follow-up.
