The committee discussed FRCA’s inspection process that arose from discussions with the Treasurer about Virginia House Bill HB516 and its impact on the FRCA and the Modifications Committee. Potential violations of two porch enclosures, a painted/stained driveway, and a home in foreclosure were also discussed.
