Modifications Committee Meeting Minutes for 2/11/09
The Modifications Committee met on Wednesday at 10 AM, the first meeting of 2009. Committee members Nancy Arnn, Joan Bitely and Shirley Sommer were present as well as Don Horan, BOD Liaison, Tom Whalen, BOD Secy., and Debby Sutton, Property Mgr. Resident Edward Thompson put in an appearance to check on his application.

Other Activity
It was agreed that when the Property Mgr. receives letters from residents concerning violations she will forward them by email to the Modifications Committee Chairman, who will forward them to the committee members, if necessary.
This committee is responsible for yard inspections, which will be scheduled at the meeting in March.
Nancy Arnn will prepare a request for additional committee members that will be posted on Channel 20 and Yahoo.
Chuck Heath has resigned as Chairman of the Modifications Committee, but will continue to do Pre-Sale Inspections. We would like to have about 4 people available to do these inspections. Armstrong Management will conduct a training workshop once a year for this purpose.
Chuck Heath's recommendations to the BOD were discussed and will be dealt with further at the March meeting.
Shirley Sommer passed out literature to familiarize committee members with Project Laundry List and the SOLAR Act.
