Other Activity

Members were encouraged to become familiar with fallsrun.org.

Our Pre-Sale Inspection Team now includes Chuck Heath, Robbin Sentell, Bill Nosal and Doug Filler.  Armstrong has been asked to schedule a training session for them.  As many of us as possible should attend that when it occurs.

A request for revisions to Page 1 of the Single Family Application has been submitted to the BOD and should be voted upon at the meeting tonight.

We discussed the complaint about reflectors being used at #1&2 Goosecreek.  Violation letters were sent.  Further action will be taken if there is no compliance.

There is some concern in the community about the use of Shepherd's Hooks.  We agreed that this topic is not addressed specifically by the Design Guidelines, but should be covered by Appendix F.  That restricts the height of statues and artifacts to 4'.

Members of this committee will conduct a residence inspection on April 21 at 9:30 AM.  A follow-up will be done in August.  We each have preliminary inspections to do of specific areas between 4/8 and 4/21.  Guidelines, maps and forms were distributed.

In regard to issues that resulted from the Board/Chairmen meeting 1/26/09, we are in agreement that:  1) our Pre-Sale Inspection Team should eliminate the need for baseline records, and 2) we will review and make changes to the Design Guidelines yearly on 12/31.

We were reminded to refrain from mentioning names when discussing applications and that the April 8 meeting will start at 9 AM and be led by Joan Bitely.

The meeting adjourned at 11:20 AM.
