Modifications Committee Meeting Minutes for 4/08/09
The Modifications Committee met on Wednesday at 9 AM. Members present were Nancy Arnn, Joan Bitely, Bill Chance and Jim Eppes. Shirley Sommer was out of town.

Other Activity
Pre-Sale Inspection Team training by Armstrong has been scheduled for Fri., April 24 at 10 AM. Doug Filler has resigned from the team due to other commitments.
Revisions to Page 1 of Single Family Application were approved by the BOD on 3/11/09 and are now in circulation.
The reflectors at #1 and #2 Goosecreek have been removed by the property owners.
The Modifications Committee has been asked by the FRBOD to include the following in future residence inspections: deteriorating railings, deteriorating retaining walls, enough difference in level of sidewalk and ground to cause a tripping hazard.
After reviewing the charter for our committee as well as that of Property and Grounds, those present agreed that our committee should not be responsible for the inspection of walls and railings. We will take note of white walls which need painting when we do our scheduled inspection on April 21.
Individual inspection methods and guidelines were reviewed.
