Modifications Committee Meeting Minutes for 10/13/09
The Modifications Committee met on Tuesday at 10 AM. Members present were Joan Bitely, Jim Eppes, Paul Niemi and Shirley Sommer. Nancy Arnn and Betty Whiteaker were excused, as was Don Horan, our liaison to the BOD.

Other Activity
Bill Chance has submitted his resignation from the committee for personal reasons. John Thrash has agreed to join us.
Our October 1 revision of the Design Guidelines will be reviewed by the Ad Hoc Committee on Enforcement at their next meeting. It will come back to us before becoming available to residents. It will then go to the BOD for final approval and adoption.
The latest proposal for inspections by the Mod Com has been forwarded by the Ad Hoc Committee on Enforcement to the BOD. If approved, we need to recruit 12 volunteers to conduct inspections of the 6 zones we have created.
Paul Niemi is still working with Jack Mounts on revising the Villa Application for Improvements. Jack has revised the Single Family Application. They will both go to the Ad Hoc Comm. and then the BOD.
The result of our soliciting suggestions for changes to the Design Guidelines was a total of 29 suggestions from 10 residents. Some of the suggestions duplicated others, and some were not workable in our given circumstances. All of the contributors were sent a list of the suggestions and their disposition.
