Modifications Committee Meeting Minutes for 11/11/09

The Modifications Committee met on Wednesday at 10 AM.  Members present were Nancy Arnn, Joan Bitely, Jim Eppes, Paul Niemi, Shirley Sommer and Betty Whiteaker.  Also in attendance was Don Horan, our liaison to the BOD.  Three residents were present.

Other Activity

The Design Guidelines are still being reworked by the Ad Hoc Committee on Enforcement.

We approved the 11/10/09 revision of the Single Family Application for Changes and Improvements, after making one grammatical change.  We also approved the 11/10/09 revision of the Information, Requirements and Documentation to Support Your Request form.  Both will be presented to the BOD for approval at the FRCA meeting tonight.

We reviewed the latest revision of the Villas Application for Changes and Improvements.  After final edits are made to this document, it will be forwarded to the Villa BOD for approval before going to the Ad Hoc Comm. on Enforcement.

The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 9 at 10am.
