Modifications Committee Meeting Minutes for 1/13/2010
The Modifications Committee met on Wednesday at 10 AM. Members present were Nancy Arnn, Joan Bitely, Paul Niemi, and Shirley Sommer. Also present were Jake Bernard, our new liaison to the BOD, and Emery Dilda, liaison to the Villa BOD. A resident, Mrs. Galliani, joined us for the review of her application and then decided to withdraw the application.

Other Activity
We reviewed our reasons for limiting our committee to 6 people, the primary one being that it would not be feasible to have more than 6 people read all applications in the week between when applications are turned in and our meeting.
We reviewed the Flow Chart for Villa Applications, developed by Joan Bitely for the purpose of tracking the circuit these applications must make.
We have scheduled a meeting on 1/15 at 10 am to work on the tasks assigned to us regarding "inspections" by the Ad Hoc Committee on Enforcement.
Jake will announce at the FRCABOD meeting tonight that we are looking for more inspectors. The requirements are that they be familiar with the Design Guidelines, can communicate with residents, are mobile and willing to attend training workshops.
The next regular monthly meeting will be held on 02/10/2010 at 10 am.
