Modifications Committee Meeting Minutes for 05/12/2010
The Modcom met on
Wednesday at 9:30am. Members present were Nancy Arnn, Joan Bitely, Jim
Eppes, Paul Niemi, Shirley Sommer and Betty Whiteaker. Also present were
Emery Dilda, liaison to the Villa BOD, Tom Whalen, representing the FRCABOD,
and one resident whose application was being reviewed (Mr. Blakeley).

Other Activity
Drafts of the Single
Family Short Form Application and Long Form were reviewed.
We discussed the fact
that the Ripper Appeal to reconsider removal of a tree was handled by the
BOD and not the Covenants Committee.
The Von Colln Hearing
about solar panels resulted in our approval being upheld.
The Modcom Application
Expiration form letter will be submitted to the BOD for approval before the
meeting on 5/26.
We will repeat our
recognition on Channel 20 of residents who submitted well-done applications
in May.
Modcom Inspection
Training with Susan Manch will take place on 5/27 from 10am until noon.
Volunteer Inspector
Training Sessions have been scheduled for 10am at the Center on 6/15. 17, 22
& 24.
