Modifications Committee Meeting Minutes for 06/09/2010

The Modcom met on Wednesday at 9:30am.  Members present were Nancy Arnn, Jim Eppes, Paul Niemi, Shirley Sommer and Betty Whiteaker.  Also present was Jake Bernard, liaison to the  FRCABOD, and one resident whose application was being reviewed (Dee Roppo).

Other Activity

The committee agreed on which residents to recognize for well-done applications this month.

The green Villa Flowcharts seem to making the complete circuit, which is encouraging.

It was agreed that we have no budget requests of the FRCABOD.

It was determined that 3 Application Expiration Letters need to be sent as a result of our follow-ups to approved applications for 2009.  From now on, follow-ups will be done on a monthly basis.  Needed letters will be discussed at regular meetings.

Each Modcom member will contact the volunteer inspectors on their team to make sure they know the dates of workshops.

Betty Whiteaker offered to let us inspect her property for the workshop on 6/24.
