Modifications Committee Meeting Minutes for 07/14/2010

The Modcom met on Wednesday at 9:30 am.  Members present were Nancy Arnn, Jim Eppes, Paul Niemi, Shirley Sommer and Betty Whiteaker.  Also present was Jake Bernard, liaison to the  FRCABOD, and Emery Dilda, liaison to the Villa BOD.  Tom Whalen, Secy. of the FRCABOD, joined us briefly toward the end of the meeting.

Other Activity

Joan Bitely’s resignation from the committee was effective on 7/1/10, but she will be available to the inspectors in her area if they have questions.

3 Application Expiration Letters were sent to residents as a result of our overdue follow-ups.

The 14 volunteer inspectors will start their rounds on Mon., July 19.

Paul Niemi distributed more clearly defined maps of Falls Run and enlarged individual area maps.

The next regularly-scheduled meeting will be on 8/11 @ 9:30 am.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 am.
