Meeting Summary         July 9, 2009

A.  County meeting on pond maintenance  -  Ken Burke, Walt Martley and Debbie Sutton attended the county meeting concerning the maintenance of and the procedures for the county pond inspections, which are now mandatory.  The County will notify FRCA, by letter, when the inspection will occur. Cost is $300 per pond.

B.  SOW for landscape and snow removal  -  Six landscape companies

and 4 snow plowing companies have been asked to bid on FRCA maintenance landscaping and snow removal.  Bids should be in soon.

C.  Master Plan  -  Additional trees and shrubs were selected for inclusion in the Master Plan implementation for the fall.  The list will be finalized and given to the Board for their approval to place the selection out for bids.

D.  Budget  -  The only change in the 2010 budget proposal this committee worked on last month, is an increase, from $10,000 to $15,000 in erosion control on the common ground.  The proposed 2010 budget will be sent to the finance committee
