1.  Ponds - Ken Burke continues to monitor the ponds after significant rainfalls.

2.  Farrar Report  - 

            - 3 Rivers  - EQR will be in to restore the area around 3 rivers with grass seed and fertilizer.  The trees and shrubs planted in the restored area have a 1 year growth guarantee.  That area will not be released from bond until a growth of grass is established.  Del Webb/Pulte continues to be responsible for that area.

            - Bond release  -  Chuck Bohr will check with the county and develop a list of remaining outstanding bonds on the common ground.

3.  Master Plan  -  The BOD approved the 3 packages recommended for the fall implementation of the Master Plan Phase 1.  Three landscape companies were asked to bid. Two companies responded.  Shenandoah was low bidder and they were awarded the contract.

4.  Tree Shrub Replacement  - $5,000 is in the 2009 Budget.  Chuck Heath will prepare a list of trees and shrubs for potential replacement. 

5.  Budget for 2010  (in the process of BOD approval)

            Master Plan:  -0-

            Seasonal Flowers: $10,000 asked for, $5,000 possible

            Erosion Control  $15,000 asked for, $10,000 possible

            Tree Pruning, Removal  $10,000 asked for, $10,000 possible

            Tree, Shrub Replacement  $5,000 asked for, $3,000 possible

            Common Ground Upgrade  $20,000 asked for, $5,000 possible

Date of next meeting to be determined by new committee chair.
