Dear Homeowners Association:

The Holiday season is approaching fast. American Disposal Services would like to take the opportunity to reiterate out Holiday Schedule, Christmas tree collection, and Inclement Weather Policies. Please review the following information and pass it along to your Property Managers and Residents.

Holiday Schedule; Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year Day are the only holidays we observe for our trash and recycling collection crews. No services will be provided on these holidays. If your trash, recycling and or yard debris collection falls on these days service will resume on your next regularly scheduled collection day.

Christmas Tree Collection; Christmas trees will be picked up on your scheduled yard debris collection day through the 2nd week in January. Trees put out after the 2nd week can be placed out with regular household trash. Please remind all residents, that all trees must be placed out without tinsel or decorations on them. Do not place trees in plastic bags.

Inclement Weather; American Disposal Services will cancel collection in areas in which we deem the roads unsafe due to snow or ice. There will be no adjustments or make-up schedule for missed services due to inclement weather. Trash, Recycling and Yard debris collections will resume on your next regularly scheduled service day.
