Minutes of Special Board of Directors Meeting

A special meeting of the Villas Board of Directors was called to order at 10:00 AM by President Sherri Burke. Present were Sherri Burke, Emery Dilda, and Sanya Warren-Ham.  There was a quorum.

The reason for the special Board meeting was to consider a modifications request submitted for radon remediation.  The Board approved the request unanimously.  There was further discussion concerning the processing of Villas modification requests.  Since this was the first one of the year, it was agreed that Sherri and Emery would meet with Ted Wessel after the meeting to assure that approved requests were forwarded to the Villas Community Manager at LANDMARC.

The meeting adjourned at 10:10 AM.
